Story: Damien Mitchell was born in the same day Japan surrendered to the Allies, finally ending WWII. His father, Jordan, was American, a soldier from the US Army; his mother, Sophie, was a nurse from Quebec, Canada. They met after Jordan retired from the army, in 1942, after being wounded by Japanese fire, which affected his left leg movement and forced him to use a crutch for the rest of his life.
Decided to follow his father's steps in the military, Mitchell joined US Army in 1963 at 18, quickly moving to fight in the Vietnam War and reaching the rank of Colonel just 2 years later. He retired from the army [already as a General] in 1983, moving to CIA, thanks to connections he got with people from the organization, from the Vietnam days. In the end of the 80s, he was offered the position of CEO of a new agency that was being created to co-work with the Gryktunians in the development of the hybrid supersoldier project.
Years after Roddy [RRS-27] was born and Dr. Karen began teaching moral values to the boy, Mitchell, along with the Gryktunians’ Chief Scientist, Dr. Krazacz, plotted Karen's disposal, which led to her death. Mitchell would not tolerate anything or anyone in his path to consolidate the project as the beginning of a larger-scale cooperation, so he hired some assets of the own agency to deal with the woman. That was his undoing, though: Roddy went out of control, destroyed the lab and escaped. Mitchell survived the attack and kept working with the Gryktunians in new technologies and a way to bring Roddy back, even sending Xavier Larsen, one of their best agents, but they never managed to get their hands on him again. For the following years, Roddy pursued and killed every important member of The Gov, including Dr. Krazacz, his “father”. Xavier joined forces with Roddy too.
In 2012, Mitchell escaped to The Gov’s station in the Arctic, hoping to avoid his death. But far distances and low temperatures would not be enough to prevent a supersoldier from fulfilling his mission to avenge his “mother’s” death…resistance was futile and Mitchell was finally murdered on October 23rd, with a plasma shot at point-blank range.

Abilities: No doubt, his greatest ability are persuasion and leverage. Mitchell had the “gift” to always convince people to do his bidding by fooling them with his ideas or by simply forcing them, either by promoting or threatening them, a trick certainly learned during his CIA days. His authority was often unquestioned, and when someone dared to challenge him, the challenger would end up convinced…or dead.
